Exploring how to manage and leverage advisory boards

This insightful session included a panel of advisory board experts: Bob Arcinigia, Guy Coffey, Barbara Matthews, and Rica Singh, and was moderated by our very own Executive Director, Helena Karchere. This session provided a clear view of what’s needed to form and manage advisory boards and best practices to support the success of private, family-owned, and franchised companies. With such a robust turnout, we were able to share knowledge and build strong connections with other family business professionals over a delicious breakfast.
