Gretchen Rosenberg

Gretchen Rosenberg is president and CEO of Kentwood Real Estate, Colorado’s exclusive affiliate of Berkshire Hathaway’s HomeServices of America. Kentwood is one of the nation’s most prestigious luxury real estate brokerages serving communities throughout the northern Front Range, from metropolitan Denver to Fort Collins, with clientele in all price ranges who appreciate the Kentwood luxury touch.

Gretchen was honored with HousingWire’s national 2020 Vanguard Award and the Titan 100 Colorado’s Top C-Suite award, as well as was named Denver Business Journal’s 2020 Most Outstanding Women in Business award finalist, Broker Manager of the Year in 2012 by the Denver Metro Association of Realtors and Realtor of the Year by the Denver Board of Realtors in 2009.

With over 26 years of experience in residential real estate, Gretchen served on the Denver Board of Realtors Board of Directors and was also a member of the Board of Directors at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) for nine years.

Gretchen is deeply committed to supporting Kentwood brokers, homebuyers and sellers, the real estate community and the local Colorado community. She currently serves on the boards of directors at HomeAid Colorado, the Kentwood Cares Foundation and the HomeServices Foundation for Housing Equity. Gretchen has family in Colorado, Seattle, Southern California and Washington, DC, and enjoys traveling to see them all, reading a good book by the fire and taking advantage of the Colorado lifestyle.
