Why have you decided to pursue a PhD?
I have a strong interest in researching workplace culture and health improvement, specifically measurement and interventions. A PhD will provide the tools to perform the research and become a thought leader in this field.

What are your career goals or dream job after you complete your PhD?
My goal is to transition into academia.
